If I end up buying one of the kits I'll let you know what IDE controller it has on board. I haven't made up my mind yet as it looks like there are a couple of 4100's up for auction that might go cheap. I'm just gonna keep an eye on them and see how high they go. I am aware that I can't put hard drives >137 gig in them, but if I can pick one up for under $100, I'll be happy.
