Patents are near worthless in heat exchangers. Especially water blocks. It will cost you a hell of a fortune for lawers if your patent was ever challenged and it would probably not even make it through court. No way one water block will make you enough to cover those costs anyway.

The spirol design has been floating around for some time. I even had a few drawings of my own for one but never made it because I saw Fixittt's a while ago. I always try to do something different just because I have some pride and morals, but others just want to make money.

The main trick is to try and undercut the others prices and keep a larger instock availability of them so people don't do to them.
