Default Water Cooling Question - 2 Loops

This is my first water cooling set up and I'm going high end parts with 2 loops.
Case: Lian Li V2000B+
Power Supply: Seasonic S12 600W
Pumps 1: Swiftech MCP655 12V Pump
Pumps 2: Swiftech MCP655 12V Pump
Radiator 1:Thermochill PA160
Radiator 2: Thermochill PA120.2
CPU Block 1: Swiftech Storm CPU
GPU Block 1: Swiftech MCW60 VGA
GPU Block 2: Swiftech MCW60 VGA
Chip Block: Swiftech MCW30 Chipset
Reservior: Swiftech MCRES-MICRO Hi-Flo
Tubing: Tygon 7/16" ID

Proposed Set Up
Loop 1: Pump > Rad > GPU > GPU > Res > Pump.
Loop 2: Pump > Rad > CPU > Chip > Res > Pump.
Pumps 2 off, 1 for each loop.
Radiator 2 off , 1 for each loop.

Note:I'm going with a reservior not "T" Line.

My question is - Do I need seperate reserviors for each loop or can I just use a "Y" splitter/joiner and bring both loops into the one reservior then use a "Y" to bring them back out?

Or is there perhaps a better way to do it.

Thoughts/comments appreciated.

Thanks
