80x3 sounds like you've got enough cooling capacity.
Might be as simple as getting some 1/4 NPT thread to 1/4" barb adapters and seeing how well things work. Eldon James makes decent ones in nylon, but I've no idea where you'd get 'em where you are.
On the bright side, this GPU cooler is unlikely to present any additional system resistance compared to the 6mm tubing you've got.

Oh - and I'd consider ditching the chipset cooler altogether and converting everything else to 10mm (3/8"). 6mm seems awfully small.
And you might also simply have a mismatch between a "needs high pressure allows low flow" cpu block and a "needs high flow" GPU block.
This is all gear I haven't worked with personally.
