The only problem i see now is how to get to the 3.4.805 software ?
Is there a link or ist it possible to get it mailed from someone ?
and
as you mentioned in your post ,the drive has to be ide instead of eide, is it enough to connect the drive to a 40 pin cable to be recognized as ide ?
