I have successfully upgraded my 4000 to OS 4.0.806 and I am currently running 128mb RAM and 4x250GB drives. (Thanks for your help Blue68f100...)

rpmurray, I have some info on drive id's if you still need it.

BTW, I was able to upgrade the OS from 2.3.417 to 4.0.860 following this article:

Where and how can I get the OEM #???
