Hi all! @work I've inherited a 4500 server running on GuardianOS 2.6.050. I've got a newer 4500 as well (running on 4.0.228) with all the documentation. The admin password was lost, so I've reset the server according to the instructions (pressing the reset button). Now the box still refuses to take the user "admin" with passwd "admin" as stated in the "Snap Server Administrator Guide". I've noticed that the admin user on our 2200 was "administrator", not "admin", I've tried that one as well, no luck. It has done the rest of the reset like changing the name back to the original form etc.

Now my question:

Has someone got the documentation for the 2.6.050 version and could check out what the build-in account name should be? And what is the standard passwd after a reset? Should be the one as fresh out-of-the-box...

AFAIK, in order to upgrade to OS4, I'll need the OS3 as a stepping stone from 2.6.050. Or is there a way to go straight to OS4?
