Hi,well... if you have a drill press,if not,you can buy one for 50-60 bucks (like the 10" size from harbour frieght)you could get your C110 copper flatbar from onlinemetals.com,and go with the tried and true "#rotor" block design(search procooling)

or if all you have is a hand drill and vise you could do an oldschool cross drilled block-actually easiest on a drillpress(maybe search overclockers.com),you can use copper for the tops, or a clear polycarbonate ,which should be around a 1/2" thick for best results working it by hand(also available at online metals.com or usplastic.com),hope that helps watercooling the farm!!
