it's unfortunate that it had to come down to this. In the other forums I frequent, Chip has quite a following in terms of pissed off customers either unhappy with his products and services, or received no product at all. And I can remember when Kevin, Una, and I were defending Chip in the Hardforums..... Hopefully, Chip will speak out and confront the watercoolers out there on this whole situation.
