Joe, many do, but it is generally accepted that Y's will OC about 5% higher than a 9 or a 4. K's seem to be very erratic though, some are awesome overclockers, while some are really bad.
we still don't actually know what this Y, K, 9 and 4 stuff means, if it is a batch code, or speed coding or what
