Hi everyone, newbie here...

I have the following:

Model
2000

Software
3.4.790

Hardware
2.0.4

Bios
3.4.758

I just replaced the two 80gb drive with (2) Hitachi 200gb drives. All is well except for the 137gb limit. I need the OS upgrade and cannot find it anywhere. Adaptec will not support me because the unit is too old? That was a disappointing surprise.

We bought this unit new in 2002 and just last month a drive failed forcing me to replace it. Unfortunately I found this site a little too late because I replace the unti with an Intel NAS because the Snaps are too expensive IMO.

Can anyone help me with my OS needs?
