Kinda interesting that Drive 1 (drive slot 0) shows as unmounted and having Free (KB) 0. This could have something to do with RAID 5 failing. Have you tried reformatting drive 1? If this is a drive you've replaced, could you give specifics on make and model (of all the drives)?

It really looks like drive 1 has failed, do you have any others with the same or higher capacity that you could replace it with?
