After further thought, I can see why more memory would help with large trasnfer, making them faster etc. But, other than being slow, you still should not get errors. This is no different than having a Pentium 75 machine or something on your LAN and transfering files to/from it. It might get slow, but unless there is a hardware/software problem, it should work fine.

Yup, and I did say that...


However, I think you can use Ghost to backup the SNAP also; I would use 10, not 9 though if I was to use Ghost. I may have to experiment with this. A better solution would be Dantz Retrospect (with plugins) or another higher end bare metal backup program.
