Yeah it feeds all the channels. There is a lot of holes in the jet piece though. Also I noticed watching the bubbles bleed through the block I think there is more water going directly to the outlet of the block. There is defiantly water going through all the channels but it does favor going direct to the outlet. I am think making smaller channels on the outlet side might help even the flow out.
IMO the jets help keep the water flowing at the bottom of channels. Without the jets to help push water down the water evenly flows through the full height of the channels were most of the heat is at the bottom of the channels. The jets keep the water pressure more evenly pushed against the base of the block.
