Trust Spook that the water's temp varies only slightly throughout the loop. Use whatever order gives the cleanest loop and smoothest bends.

There might be an advantage here, especially if you build a big radbox. With all respect due to Thermochill (hi, Marci!), I seriously doubt that the PA120.3 could outperform
two Black Ice or Swiftech triple rads. And the price would be comparable, so if you don't mind the size...

I've been using two tees at the top of my loop. Put one on each side of the system, and air vents from one when you fill from the other. You can fill and bleed in just a minute if you set it up right. Note that the Thermochill rads have a most excellent bleed screw that does the same thing.
And my next loop will have a convenient drain as well.
