I checked in with the guy that had my server. Turns out that even with the drives in another 4100 it still "freezes" after the disk check. He's going to try and clone the disks after booting to Linux I think, the phone kept cutting out so I didn't catch all of it. Either way, i'm not really hold onto much hope for the server since it now sounds like a drive problem if it's giving the same trouble in a perfectly working server. I'll keep you posted.
Well, I can't speak for the others, but being a full admin on a different forum for 4 years plus kind of "tames" you down a little bit.

As for the problem, listen to Dave (blue68f100) and he will steer you in the right direction with this one.
