I bought this for my 9700pro awhile ago. I found it while cleaning out more of my watercooling stuff. The pelt still powers on just fine, nothing wrong with this item.
No nuts included, only the long studs that go into the block.

I also still have a 2-342 (i think thats number) single pass dual fan heatercore. Painted with Duplicolor Chrome, also aroudn the barbs it needs to be retuched up.
