I cleaned up the forums a bit, and moved stuff around. I consolidated some topics, and others I removed entirely.
If you notice the heavy Cooling bias is being combined now in a general technica discusion top level to help get some more diverse discussion going on (not that I am lame enough to think a forum topology was stopping that before)...
