Hi Crystallake,

I just updated my 4100 (dell 705n) with 256mb ram. I used Kingston ValueRAM:

KVR133X64C3Q/256 - ValueRAM SDRAM PC133 256MB

It works fine. The ram is double sided (low density). I bought it here in Germany, so I cann't give you a shopping address in the USA. Sorry.
