It takes a little doing but not impossable. Click on the Snap logo in the opper left hand corner of the web interface and tell us what OS, Hardware, and BIOS versions you have.

Go to the snap serveros web interface "http://172.25.0.2/config/debug" (substitute ytour own snap's IP address in there. and type the following command.

co de format 10000 /reinit

If the drive is toast and you want to get rid of the server let me know. I might be interested in it.
