that is Turbokeu's outstanding watercooled PC70. I know he made a lot of that rig himself completly custom, but I am fairly sure he got those fittings from Eheim. Try visiting http://www.eheim.com you should be able to find them there. I don't know about pricing or availability (especially if you are not in Germany or the US) but they should be there. Also Swiftech uses a similar system in their barebones system which you can find at http://www.swiftnets.com. Hope this helps.
