I can't find the setting to tell the snap to automatically startup after a power failure. Can someone point me to this. Thanks!

Also, I had a problem shutting down the other night. I got the system light flashing 3 times (indicating shutdown) but I waited 10 minutes, and finally pulled the plug. The web interface was unavailable, and the disk light rarely ever flashed. I'm not worried about it, but it was strange. Has anyone else had this happen?
