I am trying to make a universal "sandwich" style hold down clamp... i need to find the dimensions for the following holes on a mobo , along with the placement of the center of the cpu (to make sure that the block will be placed correctly) for the following:

socket A
socket 478
socket 423

also, do the plastic from the sockets come up higher than the cpus??? because that would mean i need to make sure the blocks would be aligned just right so it would sit flat..
