Dave, I would tell these guys what the problem is, what the fix is/was, and why, but I am a butt head and they wouldn't break their 4 x 320 GB RAIDs for us to find out if they would rebuild properly, so I am going to let them all find out the HARD WAY. Then when their data is gone, I will tell them all about it...
