Well I wanted to update everyone on my situation. I have spoken with Snap-Tech and decided to have him recover my data as well as upgrade my unit with new memory and hard drives that I am shipping to him.

I will post the results of the recovery/upgrade. He GUARANTEES 100% recovery from my system so I am very hopeful.

BTW thanks everyone for the help on this issue!
