Yeah, thanks, found them, reset it, and got it all working and totally buggered. Which is the fun part! It also turned out that I was getting a strange duplicate IP address - it was configured for dhcp and getting 10.10.10.10, yet it turns out that address was in use somewhere in the house. Haven't tracked it down yet, either. THe symptom was that the 2000 was running like a dog - pages taking forever, timeouts, the server appearing to go offline, etc.
I configured it manually for it's own address and it works fine now. Looks like the unit's working fine, too. I upgraded the memory to 256MB, and will upgrade the disks next. I should probably post this in a different thread, but my unit has the following:
s/w: 3.1.603
h/w 2.0.0
serial 56866
bios 2.0.282
So all I need is an updated bios and etc. to at least 3.4.805 I believe, and I can stick in a couple of larger-capacity drives >136 gigs.
Would appreciate assistance with any of the above
