Well I guess I have a real problem. I connected the Snap server to the network, powered it up and ran the Assist software. It said there are no servers on this network. I am at a loss. I tried to do a reset as described, but did not get the correct responses on the LEDs. Right now I have a double flashing System LED, a steady Link LED, randomly flashing Net LED and a steady Disk LED if that helps.
