My 4100 had OS 3.x.6xx and did not have that Shutdown Unit in the Admin Server Setup Menu. I went from that OS to 3.4.805 to 4.0.830 to 4.0.860 and did not check anything in between other than functionality. But after the upgrade(s), it then had the Shutdown option.
