it doesn't matter at all if the rad is upside down or not. You may get some air trapped in it though if it is upside down, so when you are filling it, be careful.


If you've already got a fill tube, I'd just use that, just pour your mixture in until it gets near the top of the fill tube. Then turn the pump on, wait until the level of the mixture in the fill tube drops right down, turn the pump off, and fill it up again. If it doesn't drop too much, then you don't need to turn the pump off. Just remember no mag drive pumps like pumping water
