Default Re: CPU Waterblock fitting?!

Yes, my old cooloer was an air system. My thought last night was I could maybe get my brother who is doing mechanical design engineering to cut and weld the two seperate connectors together. Of course, this is last resort kinda stuff. Ideally I'll just buy another water block. I'm just eager to get this all finished so that I have my own computer back.

I was looking into the alphacool NexXxos, Seems to be quite readily available. It's a possibility

By any chance does anyone know the name for this type of connector that I have?

I would change my motherboard, but to be honest I can't be bothered with the hassle of finding one or the extra cost at this time of the year.
Can anyone else recommend other water blocks with the appropriate fitting?

Thanks :]
