Pro/Forums - View Single Post - Snap 4000 Upgrade from 2.3.417 to 3.4.807

I have a Snap 4000 with 2.3.417 SnapOS. I have SnapOS 3.4.807 which I received from Adaptec.
When I attempt to upgrade I get a message "This file is not a valid upgrade file"
Apparently I waited too long to attempt upgrading this server since Adaptec tells me my hardware is no longer supported.
Do I need a newer Assist tool to apply this update or is something else going on? Any help would be appreciated.
