We have been having some serious family health issues, which coupled with the holidays, delayed my pursuit of the SNAP 2000 issus I was having. Anyway, I found that the setup information on my two "identical" Mxtor 80GB drives was not identical. I bought two 250GB Seagate drives to put into my SNAP 2000 but now I need an OS upgrade to the 3.4.805 or better yet 3.4.807 I believe. Can anybody help me out with that? Thank you all again.
