Hey D:

Yeah, I did a priatice run with a 20GB HD and it worked fine. I used the commands that you listed below as well. The LED's on the switch are on. I'll do a Quick 0 on the HD and start over again. Doesn't make sence if I can do it on my 20GB HD why can I not do this on my 120GB HD?

"No NET, may indicate that the OS is not loaded. Does the LED's on the router show a connection? When you copied the OS from you original HD, did you forget to the "k" in "dd if=/dev/hda of=/dev/hdb bs=1024k count=25"?

If the drive is not clean you need to do a Quick 0."
