that's wierd, try this, go over to the snap. push the power button on the back and release as you would normally. you should then see the system light start flashing. It should flash 3 times and then wait a moment and then repeat It should do this several times. This indicates the unit is shutting itself down normally. see if it does this or if it just goes off and restarts.
