Default SNAP 4000 LBA48bit trouble

I have some trouble with upgrading my Snapserver.

It's a Quantum Snap Server 4000

Original drives were 4*30GB Quantums
SnapOs was 3.4.803
Hardware is 2.0.1
Serial# is 308520
Bios is 2.0.282

I've tried ist with 1 * WD3200 Caviar SE
(first only one Drive, later I want to buy more)

It reports only 137GB Drive space (128GBwhen formated).
Then I read about the LBA48 issue and updated it to 3.4.805 (US).
It still reports only 128GB, no matter what I try (like reformat the HD in a PC or so)

There is a note of a funktioning Snap4000 Upgrade with the same parameters.

Any ideas what I can do?
Is there another trick?
I hope there is anyone who can help

P.S.
All other drives are removed, it is only the WD 320GB drive in the Box
