Pro/Forums - View Single Post - Another dead 2200 -Help?

Assist sees the unit as unconfigured, but will not let me configure it. It says it cannot connect. The fan is running and all else seems OK. I left it running over the weekend to see if it would recover itself?

I have a feeling the data is there but I just cant get the unit to work. Is there a way to see if the data is there on another machine using Digital Dolly?

blue86f100 -do you offer recovery service?
