I need the latest software for my snap server that provides Windows 2003 server support.

The tag on the back says M4100. I tried the update from Adaptec's website, but it's not a valid update for the OS I have.

Model Software Hardware BIOS
4000 series 3.1.603 (US) 2.2.1 2.4.437

Is there a way to obtain a valid upate or full OS?

Also, I have another M4100 with the latest OS on it.

4000 series 4.0.860 (US) 2.2.1 2.4.437

Too bad you can't flash one to the other. :P
