I don't what to be a pain in the butt, but you say that I must use assist v802 or greater. I'm not sure what you mean. You also said that I may have to re-format the drives, that's OK. I have a backup of the data.

I must have one of the real old systems because my update utility is asking for a .hex file. Does this mean that I can't upgrade to a new OS if I can find one.
