Regarding the NTFS, I was commenting on this text in the WIKI:

(XP: NTFS drives are mounted RO, do not attempt to mount an NTFS drive RW as
problems may arise with the file system. Instead, ensure that you have a FAT
partition available and use it instead.)

I read this to mean the primary drive in the PC that was being used as the recipient of the data copied from the SNAP drive.(Which is attached as a slave on IDE1 or on IDE2)

Since I can connect to the web interface, shouldn't the OS be functioning and accessible from DD?

I am ready to copy the data, I am just wary of the XP warning stated above and in the Wiki. I have multiple drives/OS's that I can swap in one of my PC's, so using a FAT drive isn't much of an issue, but I wanted to be sure.
