Snap OS does not support Hot Swap. They do not like that at all. You must always power down when changing drives.

All 4100 have the HD sets as Master or single drive. And I highly recomend using server drives. These all have min seek times.

If you have not already done so, check to see if your MB has had the mod posted at the top of the threads. This is required for all 4100 240gig models and larger.
