My mistake I'm actually using a 128MB stick. The memory I'm using is a Micron PC133 CL3 (MT8LSDT1664AG-133E1). I believe it is high density but not sure (there is 8 chips on only one side) When I run 'debug memory' it returns this:
Total System Physical Memory: 134217728
So it looks good.

As for the 1 TB limit. I thought that was the addressing limit. So if one were to have two or more RAIDs or multiple disks shares it wouldn't be a problem. It is only if you wanted concatenate them all together as one big drive (over 1 TB) would there be a problem.
