Re: Snap OS 3.4.805, anyone?
Ok here is a bone.
First of all start by reading the FAQ (thats the sticky at the top of the forum)
There you will see several important things like
1) the 4100 has the os stored in flash and you should be able to start it up without drives.
2) It will not see drive space >137gb. You can use your bigger drives, but your only going to get 137gb
3) Follow the reset procedures to reset the unit to factory defaults, then log in through the web interface and see what version os you have. You only need the latest version if you are having problems with xp service pack 2. You only need 3.4.805 or later to use large hard drives (Which the 4100 will not do because of hardware/driver issue)
