When you talk about fans, please give the CFM rating of the fan. Just saying 120mm, 80mm, etc. tell nothing about how much air the fan can actually move.
Also be aware that a fan will only perform at it's rated CFMs if it is working against zero pressure. What that means is that a 100 CFM fan pushing through a radiator will not be moving 100 CFMs...not by a long shot.
As for what fans to use with your WC setup:
For the RAD; Fans with CFMs that provide the air flow the RAD needs to remove the amount of heat you need removed, at the water flow rate the rad sees. How do you determine what hese numbers are? Well here's one way
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=151627
For the case; Total CFM rating of all intake fans should be about equal to the total CFM rating of all the exhaust fans (including PSU and Radiator), and provide sufficient air flow so that excessive heat is removed form the case. This determination is greatly simplified by mounting the radiator outside the case (on standoffs) and using separate fans to supply outside air to the rad. (see attached)
What size (I assume you mean watts, not inches) PSU should you buy?...How much money do you have?...Spend it all on a PSU.
