I recently received a used Quantum Snap 4000 & have been fighting with it for a couple of days now. At first, the System LED wouldn't come on at all. Now its on, but the drive light hasn't been anything other than dim. I've read the FAQ's, tried to reset but the drive light won't do anything. Assist won't find it, but finds my 2000 fine. Right now it's sitting with the drives unplugged, connected to the router; system lit solid, link lit solid, occasional net light activity, & drive light dim. I checked the battery, tried different RAM, still can't reset or access. Has anyone seen this before? I think its a ver. -003, not sure. If it is dead, does anyone have or know where to get another MB? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!
