The 2200 stores the OS on the HD. So I would use DD and copy the first 25-40 meg of the HD. If you loose this your dead. Instructions in the wiki section.
I've looked at the wiki section, there is some good stuff there. I'll have to re-read the section about how to upgrade to larger HDD's. I already ordered (2) Seagate 320GB HDDs. ATA100, gotta love the 5 year warranty. I have 4 of them in my other Raid 5 box.

I was hoping that I could just toss one 320GB in the Snap and have it start to copy the data over, but I guess that is not possible?
