You should be able to put in ONE of the new drives and power up the unit. The SNAP then should parition and format the drive for you, as well as copy the OS over to a hidden partition. Then when done, remove the old drive, putting the new one that just got formatted into the first position. Then install the second new drive into the second position, rinse repeat, done...
