Understood. There is no data on the snap that I care about, other then the OS

I think I'll give the "add a new drive and see what happens" idea a try. the only part that I found in the wiki about copying over data was using DD or Knopix. Is there some place that I'm not looking can you point me to a specific link? Thank you very much!
