I ran the repair mode in Spinrite on all 4 disks (my bad English in the replay).
After each Spinrite session a remount the drive in the unit and started and the unit ran diskcheck, but panic right after "File System Check : ** Phase 2 - Check pathnames".

I´ll run Spinrite on all disks in maintance mode right after I fixed a fan to cool the disk of. In the end of the repair mode the disks where near 60 degrees.
