Here's the pic:

left to right: no access, scsi, both, ide, suspend.

Suspend signal is from the suspend header on the board. IDE and scsi both have their own led headers. Main power is 12V off a molex. As for how it's done, 3 opto-isolators, 3 not gates, a nor gate and some transistors for LED drive. Circuit diagram to follow
