Now I have run Spinrite in maintance mode on all 4 disks, no errors.

Still my unit panic right after "File System Check : ** Phase 2 - Check pathnames".

Is there any program/command to remove that duplicated inode?
Or skip diskcheck on mount?

When a run "config devices fsck 60000 /fix /fixfatal /altsb" and "config device mount 60000" I get:
File System Check : partition is clean.
Update FDB 0x60000...
but still panic on Phase 2.
